Halley’s Comet appeared in the sky the same day Mark Twain was born. It was November 30, 1835. This event made him predicted that he will die and will go with the Comet the moment it comes back. It happened on April 21, 1910. Mark Twain died as the Halley’s Comet appeared again on the sky.

When poet Percy Shelley died, his widow Mary Shelley, who authored Frankenstein, wrapped his heart in silk and kept it until she died.

The Youngest US Women’s Open Champ

Inbee Park is so proud that she is able to join a prestigious group such as U.S. Women’s Open champions, not to mention that she learned how to play golf only 10 years ago. She acknowledges Se Ri Pak as her inspiration for her achievement. Pak, at the age of 20, won the Women’s Open at Blackwolf Run in 1998. Now Inbee Park is a record holder as the youngest US Women’s Open champ bagging the award two weeks before her 20th birthday. The event was held in Interlachen Country Club and Park made three birdies on the back nine to make a four-shot victory. She defeated Helen Alfredsson.
